Gear operated pinch valve was designed to handle the regulating and throttling function. In applications that require high torque, this valve is highly recommended. Available with elastomer sleeves and reinforced lugs, this valve gives tight shut off and avoid accidental situations. This valve has a self locking system which eliminates any emergent situation. This light weight valve is available with more connection options.We keep a large inventory of pinch valves, mostly gear operated pinch valves which are used where high torque is required for the valves operation. With gear pinch valves, one can also achieve desired throttling. These valves have no gland and seat, but elastomer sleeve with reinforced lugs. These are perfect for eliminating accident situations, as the gear acts like a self locking system. Gearing in the system prevents undesired changes in position of valve.
It has rubber sleeve, which are protected with either aluminum, cast iron or cast steel. Based on the use, rubber of sleeves is decided. It can be Sbr, Natura, Viton, EPDM, Nitrile, Butyle, Neoprene, Silicon or Hypalon. It comes with collar caps, which isolates and regulates applications. Dense fibrous media can be regulated ans throttled. The body of the valve is designed in a way that allows total shut-off function.
